"Jeff was simply phenomenal to work with. We just purchased our first home so were total novices to the process, and Jeff was with us throughout the entire thing. We put an offer on our (now) home that had both tons of interest and other offers on the table; our contract was very well thought out by Jeff and he made sure that we were completely comfortable with everything in it. We ended up having ours excepted right away, and I truly don't think we would have been nearly as successful without him. He was always available to answer questions, was very thoughtful and thorough when explaining things to us, and when he needed to advise us he was always so detailed and carefully explained the pros and cons of each decision we had the option to make. On the day of closing, he was double checking on things for us that frankly would not have affected him at all such as utilities being turned on, how the locks worked etc. It meant so much to us to have him on our side during the whole process. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with him.
